Youth level 1.1 Prep: 10-11am

Cartwheel, Round off, back walkovers, handstand forward rolls

Youth Level 2 Prep: 11:30-12:30pm

Back walkovers, back handsprings, Round off backhandsprings

Junior Level 3 Elite: 1pm-2pm

Roundoff back tuck, Round off backhandspring back tuck, ariels

Exhibition Evaluation: 3:30-4:30pm

Beginners: No skills needed but all skills can join!!

Champions Day Camps is for boys and girls ages 5-12yrs old

9-1pm

$65/ per day

9:00 - 9:30 AM: Warm-up & Stretching

9:30 - 10:30 AM: Tumbling & Gymnastics Drills

10:30 - 11:00 AM: Snack Break (Bring Your Own Snack)

11:00 - 12:00 PM: Cheer & Stunt Training

12:00 - 12:45 PM: Fun Games & Team Challenges

12:45 - 1:00 PM: Cool Down & Dismissal
