Lil Bit Get Fit

Ages 0 - 4

Designed for children and their parents, this unique fitness experience encourages free play and social interaction. Just bring your coffee, some friends, and get ready for a fun, casual atmosphere. It's the perfect way to introduce your little ones to gymnastics equipment, other children, and start building healthy habits early on. This is NOT instructor-led.

Kindergym

Age 3-4 | Ratio 6:1

This pre-school program is designed to develop all aspects of motor skill development. This will include their physical fitness, self-esteem, personal skills and social skills. What we learn as a preschooler is pivotal to our future. These classes will teach the child that fitness is fun and this concept will carry through their whole life. This is a 45 min class.

Levels 1-3 Tumbling

Advanced Tumbling for level’s 1-3. Everywhere from Round-off’s to Layouts and Full Twists.

Recreational Gymnastics

Ages 5 - 15 | Ratio 8:1

These classes are for the development of basics through advanced gymnastic skills. These children will be working and learning on all gymnastic apparatus. Skills are taught in a progressive manner to maximize each child’s ability and make the learning process enjoyable. Classes are divided into age and skill levels. This will include four Olympic events for girls. (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise)

Aerial Silks

Ages 7+

Aerial Silks utilizes arm and leg strength, while emphasizing core stability. This encourages participants to stretch their limits, transforming their views on fear and risk through a journey of self-improvement.

Ninja Gladiators

Ages 4+

Our classes develop strength, power and speed. We have classes for ages 4-14. This obstacle course-based program teaches them how to conquer any terrain while developing skill-related fitness that builds athleticism. They will learn balance, agility, running, jumping, basic tumbling, handstands, hanging/ swinging, climbing and more.

Recreational Cheer Teams

Beginner ages 4-7 yrs old and Intermediate ages 6-10 yrs old

This program lays the foundation for cheer or tumbling. Participants will master fundamental skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and backbend kick-overs. They will build friendships and perform at the end of the season Showcase.

All Boys Tumbling

Ages 6+

Taught strictly by all male coaches, this is a class for boys to learn how to tumble. They will work on basic introductory skills to more advanced floor skills.

 

COMPETITION TEAM GYMNASTICS

By Invite Only

When one class per week isn’t enough for your child, now is the time to move up. All Star TEAM! Your child will grow through our Xcel Bronze level and compulsary levels 2+ through USAG certified instructors. 

This means more time in the gym, longer training sessions, and competitions. Our goal at Champions is to bring out the champion within your child by instilling friendship, teamwork, self-esteem, self-discipline, courage and confidence–all life lessons that will take your child far beyond their gymnastics years.

  • PRE-TEAM ALL-STARS

    Girls will train for 1 hour twice a week. They will learn progressive skills to prepare for our Competition Team.

  • XCEL BRONZE ELITE

    Your child will train for 2 hours 3 times per week. All bronze girls will train USAG XCel. There will be an evaluation before moving to Silver.

  • USAG LEVEL 2 ALL-STARS

    Girls will train for 3 hours 3 times a week.

  • USAG LEVELS 3-5 ALL-STARS

    Girls will train for 3 to 4 hours 3 or 4 times a week. These girls will have the opportunity to develop higher-level skills and compete

  • USAG COMPULSORY / OPTIONAL LEVELS 6+

    Girls will train for 12 or more hours depending on your daughter’s goals.

  • BEGINNER

    This team practices for 2 hours twice a week, focusing on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, and jumps.

  • LEVEL 1 – 2

    This team practices for 2 hours twice a week and focuses on cartwheels, round-offs, back bends, splits, jumps, motions, etc.

  • LEVEL 3

    This team practices for 2 hours twice a week and focuses on stunts, jumps, pyramids, and routines.
